Reservations

Rentals are by the week, from Saturday to Saturday.

A 50% prepayment is required to confirm the reservation. The balance is due no later than 30 days before the start of the stay.

A deposit of € 800,- is to be deposited no later than the day of arrival and will be returned no later than 10 days after departure.

The cleaning service is compulsory and payable by the tenant (lump sum of € 150,-).

A reduction of 25% is granted for a stay of 3 weeks. For a stay of more than 3 weeks, please contact us.

Prices depend on the period (low, mid and high season).

Vacancies are shown on the Calendar on the left.

  • Low season : € 1'500,- per week

  • Mid season € 2'200,- / week

  • High season €3'500,- / week

Arrivals / Departures
Arrivals: From 15:00
Departure: Before 11:00
Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation up to 90 days before the beginning of the stay.

Refund of 50% of the amount of the reservation when canceled at least 60 days before the start of the stay.

No refund will be granted for a cancellation 30 days or less before the beginning of the stay.

Reservation
When booking, we will require a copy of your passport or ID card as well as your full address and phone number.
Payement
Upon confirmation of your reservation, we will send you an invoice with our bank details so that you can carry out the transactions. The confirmation is firm upon receipt of your prepayment. The balance of the reservation must reach us at least 7 days before the start of your stay.
Discount for long stays
For stays of 3 weeks or more, depending on the period of year, we may grant a special discount, please contact us by email.
